Duration: 8 hours. Group: 2–8 guests. Guide: a local guide, fluent in English, with the truffle hunter and her dog.
🚐Pick-up & drop-off
We collect you at your hotel or apartment in Florence. Where your street falls inside the ZTL limited traffic zone, we will agree on the nearest convenient spot in advance.

Pickups more than 30 minutes outside Florence may incur a supplement.

To book: a 30% deposit, paid online by card through a secure SumUp payment link we send you by email or WhatsApp. The balance is paid on the day of the tour, by card or contactless (every van carries a card reader) or in cash.
Is a truffle guaranteed?
No. It's a real hunt, not a show. Most mornings the dog finds something, but nature doesn't take bookings.
When is truffle season?
White truffle runs from October to December; the rest of the year we hunt black truffle, so the tour runs all year round. More in our guide, Truffle Hunting in Tuscany: When, Where and What to Expect.
What should we wear?
The hunt takes place in the woods: sturdy shoes and clothes you do not mind getting a little muddy.
Can we take truffles or wine home?
Yes: truffles and bottles can be bought on site. They are not included in the price.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free: tell us when you book and we will arrange it with our hosts.
